I am a licensed massage therapist, massage ceu provider, and blogger. I have researched and practiced ashiatsu and barefoot massage techniques for over a decade and have enjoyed every minute of it. I released a home study introduction to ashiatsu barefoot massage course on my Florida massage CE site, Advanced Massage Techniques, to help other practitioners learn more about this effective and exciting modality at home. This course has been completed over 650 times with terrific feedback.
My goal is to help many more massage therapists look beyond just their hands, forearms and elbows during a massage. Massage therapists around the world love the benefits of using gravity and larger muscles to help effectively relieve client’s chronic and acute pain patterns and at the same time extend and expand their massage careers.
